Program evaluation and revamp
We also provide program evaluation and reprogramming for established bars who need to revamp their program. We will assess how your program is currently operating and make suggestions based on what will work best for your particular operation. We may recommend a rewrite of your bar systems, a physical bar cleanup, staff training, menu freshen-up, and/or the addition of an alcohol-free cocktail program.
Special Programming
We also provide support with special programming, such as mixology classes, live music nights, high tea afternoons, and special events.
